The purpose of our web site is to inform payroll, human resource and compensation professionals about the dynamics of the payroll profession. We represent employers throughout the Southern San Diego Region.
Our Mission is to keep payroll, human resource and compensation professionals abreast of the rapid changes within the payroll industry, whether it is legislatively, technologically, or best practices. We are dedicated to provide the most current information possible to assist payroll, and human resources to be more efficient and successful within their profession.
